End of Summer Scrapbooking

Well the summer flew by faster than we could have imagined, and school is back in session. One way to celebrate your first week of classes is to scrapbook your summer adventures. Not only will this help you transition into the new school year, but it also gives you time to reflect on the summer you just had. has some “end of summer” scrapbooking ideas that you may want to include in your scrapbook:

1 – Make your scrapbook chronological by starting with the last week of the previous school year.

2 – Add all of your vacations including day trips by decorating the page according to the theme of the trip. For example, if you went to the beach, create a page that reflects a beach theme or if you went to Disney World, create a page with a Disney theme.

3 – Create a page for those rainy days. This will help add contrast to your “fun in the sun” pages.

4 – Remember to put a 4th of July page that has a patriotic theme!

5 – Backyard BBQ’s are always a big part of the summer so including some of those occasions will definitely spice things up.

6 – Finish the scrapbook with a page that shows the start of the current school year.
